How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the EU and 5-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your package. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes; however, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is in the fulfillment stage.
How should I wash my Nude Project garments?
To preserve the quality and print of your items, we recommend washing them inside out at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying and iron on the reverse side to keep your streetwear looking fresh.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and local options like Klarna and Bancontact depending on your region.
Do you restock sold-out items?
