Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nude Project pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
